Big Red Tire Pros

Needed new tires. The staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. Showed up a little early as usual and they got right on it. Was done very fast. Love the new tires. It’s a great place and well worth your time. If I need any service they provide in the future, they’re my first call.

We have been using Big Red Tire service for everything we need. From changing out winter to summer tires or taking care of a recent 5” blowout of a front tire. Called Austin & Landon. They immediately gave me a towing service name to call (Gene’s Towing) Within less than an hour the truck showed up, loaded my vehicle, took my key and delivered my vehicle to Big Red Tire. Within hours they had my tire ordered and car ready for pickup! We wouldn’t use any other business on any of our vehicles. We have high end cars ( if to boast at all) but don’t trust anyone else to take care of us. Landon and Austin are both kind, considerate and professional. They are a wonderful family owned business. When you are ever in need of services, call them! You will not go back to any other place and always think of Big Red Tire for your car needs! Plus, they have the Most clever slogans on their sign! You will appreciate them and all they can do for you!!

Im fairly new to Lincoln and I’ve been trying out different shops around town to find one that I like. Awesome customer service as well as time management. Had a 2:30 appointment, showed up 15 minutes early and they already had it done before 3. Honest, fair, and fast.

Great service. Got me in right away. Took a minute to find the nail, but was able to fix the flat without having to buy a new tire. Was able to apply my bonus credit points and left me with little to pay on my invoice. Only issue was that inexplicably my FOB stopped working when I picked the vehicle back up.

A place — I take all my tire needs here. Today was a perfect example of why. I dropped off a tire around 3 o’clock, honestly not thinking they’d be slammed, but they were having a busy day. I came back in at 5 to check and it wasn’t done yet. I explained I really just needed the one tire back even though it had like 10 nails in it so I could get it on my dump trailer that was stuck out at a jobsite and get it moving again. Without hesitation, the guy (not sure your name but you are awesome) said he’d stay late to get it done. As a business owner, my schedule is all over the place and I constantly need stuff serviced or repaired on tight timelines. These guys are dependable in a way that’s honestly rare — in a world full of frustrations and fires always having to be put out it’s huge to have a shop that’ll go out of their way to keep me rolling so my business keeps rolling too. Super grateful for what they do. Highly recommend.
